Genesis Grid Homes is a subsidiary of Genesis Grid Limited, a company that works in hospitality, real estate development and construction. We run the hospitality side: six furnished, fully serviced short-let apartments on Chief Gbolahan Owolabi Street, off Admiralty Road in Lekki Phase 1.
Every apartment is booked whole. Instead of rooms spread along a hotel corridor, your group shares one front door, one living room and one kitchen, and everyone still has a bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a visitors’ toilet too.
The apartments are named after places, from Santorini to Ibiza. There are five three-bedroom apartments (Bali, Capri, Petra, Aspen and Ibiza) and one two-bedroom penthouse (Santorini). Santorini goes further: a fully automated smart-home penthouse with a 180° balcony, a mini gym, a snooker table and a PS5.
